The Kitchen

The Kitchen is the all-day restaurant at Hyatt Regency Harare The Meikles, on the corner of 3rd Street and Jason Moyo Avenue in central Harare. Its cooking combines Zimbabwean ingredients and traditions with globally inspired dishes. The à la carte selection ranges from farm salads and grilled meats to slow-braised oxtail, road runner chicken and pasta. Sides include sadza and sautéed covo, while desserts include baobab crème brûlée and cheesecake. The restaurant also offers a breakfast buffet, a Sunday Lazy Breakfast with a live duo, and a Thursday barbecue experience.
